Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.risoriusfitness.com. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of fitness equipment (bulk/heavy goods), the following terms apply to returns, refunds, and cancellations.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.
1. Return Eligibility
A return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify:
✅ Item must be unused and unassembled
✅ Must be in original packaging
✅ Must include invoice/proof of purchase
✅ No physical damage or modification
We reserve the right to reject returns failing inspection.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
❌ Used or assembled equipment
❌ Rubber plates/dumbbells after unpacking
❌ Custom-made or bulk orders
❌ Clearance/final sale items
❌ Gift cards or digital products
3. Return Shipping & Pickup
- Customer bears return shipping cost unless error is ours
- Heavy equipment pickup charges may apply
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may incur 10–20% restocking fee depending on product size and logistics cost.
4. Refund Process
After inspection:
✅ Approved
- Processed within 7 business days
- Credited to original payment method
- Gateway/bank processing time extra
❌ Rejected
- Item returned to customer at their cost
- Store credit may be offered at discretion
5. Exchanges
Exchanges allowed only for:
- Manufacturing defect
- Transit damage
Request within 48 hours of delivery with images/video proof.
6. Damaged / Missing / Incorrect Items
Report within 24 hours via email:
Include:
- Order number
- Photos/video
- Description
Resolution may include:
✔ Replacement
✔ Repair
✔ Refund
✔ Store credit
7. Order Cancellation
- Allowed within 24 hours of purchase
- Not possible after dispatch
- If cancelled after processing → payment gateway charges may be deducted
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If not received:

9. Limitation of Liability
Risorius Sports & Fitness is not responsible for:
- Improper installation/use
- Normal wear & tear
- Third-party courier delays
- Minor cosmetic variations
